COVID-19 When you visit Aveley Medical Centre or Bluebell Surgery

Due the COVID-19  pandemic the following will be in place.

WHEN YOU VISIT THE PRACTICE

 NHS England have made it advisory for face covering/mask to be worn when entering Hospitals and GP Surgeries.  If you are asked to attend the surgery please we recommend you wear a face mask or covering when entering the surgery.

AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CLINICIAN

We offer online consultation via the PATCHs tool which is on this website.

Furthermore we would speak to all patients on the telephone so we can discuss your  problem .

How the appointments work.

Patient can call the surgery, receptionist will book a telephone call with the clinician who will contact patient

1. The Clinician will call the patient and start a video consultation only if required.
2. If the patient has booked via the website using PATCHs tool , the Clinician will call patient if required.
3.  Face- to- Face appointment will be booked as appropriate/ patient choice.
