Opening Hours

We operate a Triage booking system. Consultations with the doctors or nurses are by appointment. Should there be no appointment available and your clinical need is urgent, there are emergency appointments available everyday. These appointments are not for minor or long standing ailments.

• To save time queuing; if you have a ‘booked appointment’ please use the touch screen system located in the patients waiting room
• To cancel an appointment; please call the surgery and press option 1, leaving your details only. This will allow us to offer this appointment to another patient. Appointments are very precious and therefore please cancel if you do not require your booked date. After 3 missed appointments you will be asked to re-register
• Privacy; we respect your confidentiality, therefore a privacy room is available. Please ask at reception
• Earlier appointments; if a GP has specifically requested to see you sooner than the‘general’ appointment times, they will personally book an appointment
• For a general/follow-up routine appointment see reception to book the next available time
• For Medication reviews; please remind the GP to update your complete prescription history
• Telephone message; if you need to leave a telephone message for the GP ask for the entry to be made in his/her log book
