CHS & Post Natal checks are performed at Aveley Medical Centre & our Branch Surgery Bluebell Surgery in South Ockendon.
These appointments will be sent out from the practice. . These check can be done 6 – 8 weeks after baby is born.
You will still be offered these appointments together for the same day .
